- Eat fish at least twice a week.
- Eat at least 5 serving of fruit and vegetables daily.
- Eat meat or meat substitute 3 or 4 times a week.
- Eat legumes 3 times a week.
- Avoid sweets, fried foods, pre-cooked foods, and industrial bakery wares. You have to cook more grilled and steamed.
4.- Listen to your body. Our bodies tell us when they’re tired. When a body part hurts, it’s to let us know something’s wrong. If we ignore that pain, we may get worse and hurt ourselves more. The same thing happens when we see that we lack energy. That is why we must listen carefully to our body.
5.- Exercise the mind. The brain also has to exercise. To do this you can read, do crosswords, sudoku or mind games to exercise your memory.
