Today we bring you three healthy biscuit recipes: chocolate, cheescake and vanilla, which you can make for breakfast or snack. They are very easy to prepare because they are made in a microwave cup for 2 minutes. They’re very quick to make and they’re delicious ;D.



  • 2 spoons milk
  • 2 spoons chocolate-flavored flour (normal flour plus cocoa powder can also be used)
  • 1 spoon fresh cheese
  • 1 egg


  • Let’s get a cup of microwave and add all the ingredients. We’re going to mix it all very well with a spoon.
  • Now comes the last step. We’re going to microwave it for about two minutes at full power. The time will depend on the power of your microwave, so you have to experience it and see at what power and how long it has to be in the microwave. Finally, all you have to do is unmould it and put it on a plate, or eat it directly from the cup.
  • I like to add chocolate shaving on top, but you can add whatever you like. The truth is that it is a delicious and very good alternative to the traditional sponge cake. You can eat it someday for breakfast or a snack.
